This website gives general information about Property Assist services. It is not a project contract or an insurance decision.
Every property loss is different. We need to review the actual job before we can confirm the work, price, schedule, materials, permits, or specialist trades that may be needed.
Submitting a form or calling us does not by itself create a construction contract or guarantee dispatch. Project work is governed by the estimate, work authorization, contract, or other agreement accepted for that job.
Property Assist does not decide what your insurance policy covers. Your insurer makes coverage decisions. We document and perform the restoration and repair work we are hired to complete.
If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, including active fire, gas, serious electrical danger, or an unsafe structure, contact the proper emergency service first.
Nothing on this website removes rights that apply under Alberta or Canadian law.
