Fire claims can include building damage, smoke effects and water used during firefighting. We document the construction and restoration work we perform while the insurer handles coverage decisions.

Fire recovery often becomes a coordinated construction project because several systems and rooms can be affected at once.
Our role is to keep the restoration and reconstruction scope clear and bring in the right qualified trade where needed.
One team through the rebuild
Once the affected area is ready, Property Assist can continue into reconstruction. That can include drywall, flooring, trim, paint and a larger basement rebuild where the job requires it.

Smoke can travel beyond the visibly burned area. The affected spaces need to be assessed before the work plan is set.
Those parts may require qualified electricians, engineers or other specialists. We coordinate the right trade when the project needs it.
We can provide documentation and complete the restoration and repair work we are hired to perform. Your insurer decides coverage.
